Back by popular demand, join the Australian POTS Foundation's Community Engagement Officer, Claire Clark and exercise physiologist Jennifer Smallridge as they answer what you want to know about living with POTS. Send in your questions ahead of time via email to: admin@potsfoundation.org.au or send them to the Australian POTS Foundation in via Facebook or Instagram and we will get through as many as we can. Please note this webinar will be recorded and available to all registrants to view after the event. Claire Clark is the Australian POTS Foundation's Community Engagement Officer. Prior to a work injury triggering POTS, Claire has served as a paradmedic, Yoga/mindfulness teacher and Scuba instructor.Â
Jennifer Smallridge is an Exercise Physiologist who has a special treating interest in the management and care for people living with invisible chronic illnesses. Her treatment approach includes understanding, validation and problem solving; as well as practical strategies such as pacing, trigger management and appropriate movement.
