REGISTRATIONS & ATTENDANCE
Consider your availability before registering. By purchasing a ticket you are committing to attend the specified masterclass. No refunds are available. No credit tickets are available for future classes/workshops. Refunds will only be provided if the masterclass is cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all ticket holders will be notified and refunded accordingly. If you have registered but are unable to attend, kindly notify the instructor at least 24 hours before the masterclass. Purchased tickets are transferable to a friend, but you must notify the instructor. Provide the name and contact details of the new attendee. If notice or attendee details are not given, they may be denied entry.
PUNCTUALITY
Teaching will commence at 1:05pm sharp. You must arrive at least five minutes before the class starts (no later than 12:55pm)*. This ensures you receive an enjoyable experience and make the most of the time in the dance studio. This extended routine requires additional time and attention to learn effectively. Late arrivals may miss key elements of the class, which can affect ability to learn the routine effectively and impact overall experience. The masterclass will not be extended to accommodate delays. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
*If you are coming to Pulse Studios for the first time, it is recommended allowing an extra ten minutes to organise car parking and locate the entrance. It can be slightly difficult if you are unfamiliar with the venue. A map and image of the building will be included in the reminder email, sent 48 hours before the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & CONTENT USAGE
Photography and videography will be captured throughout the classes for both keepsakes and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or have your photos/videos shared, please inform the team and your request will be accommodated. Participants may also record using their own devices during the performance section of the classes. Sharing videos on social media is highly encouraged and appreciated! Ensure you acknowledge and provide credit to the choreographer-instructor when posting class content on social media.
LIABILITY
Dance classes require physical exertion. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical capabilities before attending a class. Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may impact participation. Choreography can be modified to accommodate individual needs. The instructor is not liable for any injuries sustained during the class.
