Before the feast begins, dive into an exclusive tasting including ten vintages of our The Paringa Pinot Noir, and freshly shucked oysters alongside our newly released 2021 Paringa Estate Cuvée Blanc.

About LJM
It’s a wine which has taken several decades to create. The fruit comes from our oldest pinot noir blocks, planted in 1988. It is handpicked, destemmed, and fermented in our 3,500 Litre French oak foudres. It is then aged in a combination of new and old barrels. The final stage is an extensive tasting of all the wines by Lindsay and Jamie to choose which barrels will go into the blend.
It’s the ultimate collaboration between father and son. A combination of Lindsay’s knowledge and experience, and Jamie’s flair and technical expertise.
