Get ready for a day of fun, culture and community spirit with YFC and the CCCA as we welcome the Year of the Snake!

Join Yangebup Family Centre and the Cockburn Chinese Community Association as we Celebrate Lunar New Year 2025 and welcome in the Year of the Snake at this fun, free community event.

Please bring a plate of food to share and wear your favourite red outfit! (or cultural dress)

The Cockburn Chinese Association will be performing and there will be themed crafts and activities for children to enjoy.

The Yangebup Family Centre is a community managed not-for-profit organisation that promotes connection and wellbeing in the local community. The centre is a cultural hub where individuals, families, and community groups can embrace diversity and belonging.

The Centre is located on Dunraven Drive between Yangebup Rd and Beeliar Drive. The Centre is funded by the State Government through the Department of Communities and the City of Cockburn. We are fortunate to have established an excellent rapport with Yangebup and the surrounding communities.
