It’s a backyard adventure guided by two of Eltham’s health and fitness trainers, with over 40 years of combined knowledge in movement, mindfulness, and strength. Together, Carly & Marnie will take you on a journey of:

✨ Time with the Grandma Tree of Life and her rich history

✨ Movement & connection with locals, like-minded souls, and yourself

✨ Nature’s healing power – step away from busyness and back into balance

And yes – snacks are provided 🍎 (please let us know any dietary requirements).
