This World Localization Day, June 21st , we invite you to join a live conversation โ€“ โ€˜Localizing Globally: Building a worldwide movementโ€™ โ€“ featuring inspiring localization leaders from every continent. They will share whatโ€™s going on in their different places to bring about a global-to-local shift, and chart a new path forward for humanity. They will comment on the specific challenges they face and ways to galvanise the movementโ€™s cohesion and strength.

The online event will take the form of two separate calls, catering for different timezones.

  • Kunzang Deachen, India โ€“ Community organizer supporting young farmers, mindful tourism, and cultural vitality, and coordinator of Local Futures Ladakh
  • Vu Truong, Vietnam โ€“ Inspired young man helping to build local food systems, local economies, and youth movements in Vietnam.
