Event description

Please join the Foundation for the WA Museum and the Western Australian Museum for a gorgeous Long Table Dinner to celebrate the first anniversary of WA Museum Boola Bardip opening.

Fine wine, food and entertainment will be served up at a celebration to remember in a exclusive setting under 'Otto' the Blue Whale in Hackett Hall.

All proceeds from the evening will go into the Foundation's Discovery Endowment Fund which seeks to provide a secure source of future income for the WA Museum, enabling them to be truly bold and deliver world-class activities with confidence for many years to come.

COST:
$200 per person

All tickets include:

Cocktails on arrival,
A bespoke three course menu by Heyder and Shears,
Unlimited beverage package compliments of Vasse Felix, Gage Roads and Tattarang Springs Distilling Co.

The Foundation for the WA Museum has been committed to securing the future of our State heritage since 1995. Our role is to cultivate and develop relationships with individuals, organisations, and community groups who understand the critical role that museums play in society. We assist in delivering engaging community and educational programs, support ground-breaking scientific research and discovery, source funding for touring exhibitions, and acquire new items for our State Collection, beyond the State Government’s funding. The Discovery Endowment Fund has been established by the Foundation for the WA Museum to unleash the potential of the New Museum for WA. With a $35 million fundraising target, our mission is to help create world-class museum facilities, and to sustain and build on the excitement around the New Museum well beyond 2020. With your help the endowment, like those for many of the world’s greatest museums, will provide a secure source of income – a necessity for our future.
