Saturday Long Pose Life Sessions
(4 weeks)

We are excited to be holding a long pose session for the first time at HBB. Join us for an afternoon of creativity centred on life model long poses, giving you plenty of time to create a detailed sketch, painting, sculpture or move about to create a series of response pieces and more…  

This workshop has been developed to draw inspiration from a live model holding some quick warm up poses and then a single pose for two hours. You can work in any medium.

The structure is untutored and very relaxed. Beginners are welcome. Share a 'chat and review' session for tips, ideas, and feedback towards the end of the session.

The same pose with the same model over successive weeks will allow you to complete an artwork from extended observation. e.g. 2 x 2 hour poses.

Arrive between 2.00=2.30 to meet, greet and setup. The pose starts at 2.30.

Each session runs for three hours in total. 

Numbers are limited, to allow plenty of room to spread out- so it’s essential to book in advance.
