Loomis Annual Day Before Thanksgiving Parade and Vendor Fair!

Parade: 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Vendor Fair: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Parade Route: Taylor Rd, from Walnut to King, Downtown Loomis

Check-In at the Train Depot: 7:30 am - 8:30 am - At the Webb Street Entrance to the Train Depot

Parade Entry Fee: $30 TOY or monetary donation for kids in need within our community this holiday season.

Vendor Booth Fee: $75 (Nonprofits are free with a $30 toy donation). Vendor booths will be located near pictures with Santa to enhance visibility.

PARADE RULES

• NO Throwing Candy - walkers in the parade may hand out candy along the parade route.

• Parade participants are required to clean up their own trash and animal droppings before, during, and after the parade.

• Every participant MUST sign a waiver. See attached Waiver form at Checkout.

VENDOR FAIR INFO

• Located in the Loomis Grammar School Parking lot near pictures with Santa.

• Set-up must be completed by 8:30 am on the day of the event.

• Each space is 12 x 12

• All vendors must bring their own tables and pop-ups.

• All vendors must supply their own electricity, if needed.

• Advertising materials may be handed out at your booth or during the event.

• TABLES and POP-UPS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
