LoopLab Parramatta: Introduction to Circular Economy, EPA NSW Bin Trim & circular business mentoring.
Description
Welcome to LoopLab Parramatta.
LoopLab Parramatta is a circular economy business mentoring program integrating the NSW Bin Trim Program, supporting hospitality operators across Parramatta CBD, North Parramatta, Granville, and Harris Park. Delivered by Cirque du Soil in partnership with the City of Parramatta Council, the program provides hands-on mentoring, free waste assessments, and support for circular initiatives.
This launch webinar is your entry point.
Over 75 minutes, we'll introduce you to the foundational principles of the circular economy and what they look like in practice for hospitality businesses - from waste stream audits and packaging transitions through to food rescue and composting. We'll also cover what the NSW FOGO mandate means for your business from 1 July 2026, and how the program helps you get ahead of it.
A significant part of the session is dedicated to the NSW Bin Trim program.
Whether you're just starting to think about waste reduction or ready to make a move, this session will give you a clear picture of what's available, what's required, and how LoopLab Parramatta can support you through it.
This session is for:
Restaurant owners, café managers, catering operators, and hospitality staff across the Parramatta LGA who want practical, funded pathways to reduce waste and cut costs.
