Leading Inclusive School Reform
Creating truly inclusive schools requires more than isolated initiatives, it requires purposeful, evidence-informed leadership that transforms culture, systems, and practice. This session explores practical approaches for leading sustainable whole-school reform that strengthens equity, access, participation, and achievement for every student.
Participants will examine how to evaluate their school's current state through an equity lens, use data to identify priorities for improvement, build a shared vision for inclusion, and develop strategic action plans that lead to meaningful and lasting change. The session also explores leadership approaches that build staff capability, strengthen inclusive instructional practices, and embed sustainable systems that ensure inclusive education becomes part of everyday practice rather than a standalone initiative.
