This session is for anyone who wants to lose weight in a holistic, sustainable way.  In a friendly, welcoming environment we will dive into what keeps us from losing weight and how to overcome that.  The session is designed to give you all the tools you need to help you break free from cravings, emotional eating and self-doubt.  Using powerful hypnosis techniques, you'll rewire your habits, boost your motivation, and make healthy choices effortlessly.

2 hours with a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist in a group setting (max. 12 people) where you will learn:
