Meet the Farm Behind the Food at Megalong restaurant

Discover the roots of our Megalong restaurant. Join our LOT 101 Executive Chef for an eye-opening wander through no-dig gardens, greenhouses and seasonal orchards, rounded out with garden snacks and a non-alcoholic cocktail made from signature LOT 101 Ingredients.

Explore the gardens, paddocks and produce that form the foundation of our kitchen. Colin will share the story of what we grow, what’s in season and how the landscape of Megalong Valley influences the food we serve.

You’ll see our produce at its source, learn about the history of the restaurant and gain a deeper understanding of our farm-to-table approach. Includes a non-alcoholic drink
