Power in Action: Be Heard. Be Bold. Be the Change.

Join us for Queensland’s biggest conference, designed by people with intellectual disability.

Two days of inspiring speakers, advocacy, culture, creativity, fun and connection. Including Come and Try activities; try something new, get creative, connect with others and have fun! 

Conference Times

Registration opens: 8:30am

Day 1: Thursday 8 October

9am to 1pm

    • Meet five amazing people who are making the film and arts world a place where everyone belongs. They will talk about how people with disability can get real jobs in film, acting, and the creative arts.

Friday Night Concert 

Friday 9 October | 5:30pm–8:45pm

Dress up and celebrate - an evening of music, dancing and fun!

Featuring:

  • MC Wheels- Passionate Australian Rapper with catchy rhymes, on-point delivery and beats to match. 

  • Bad Habits - Sunshine Coast legends bringing the hits of the ’80s, ’90s and today to the stage for over 25 years! 

  • Gold-winning Inside Out Dance performance

Dress-up theme: Come as an 80s or 90s icon, your favourite power hero, or someone who has inspired you!

The café will be open for light meals and refreshments.

Concert tickets are sold separately from conference tickets.

Includes morning tea and lunch.

  • $35 per day 

  • $30 per day with Companion Card to cover catering

  • $60 for both days – Super Saver 

  • $50 for both days – Companion to cover catering

Concert:
  • $25 General admission
