Love and Connection
Improve your relationship with yourself and others
As countless songs, poems and artworks will attest, we are hard-wired for love and connection. But many of us struggle to connect with ourselves and others, leaving us vulnerable to loneliness and poor health.
In this half-day workshop, we learn the psychological skills to improve our sense of connection - to self, friends, lovers or our community. We explore the psychology of love, how to be present in and grow our relationships, and how to unhook from the thoughts and emotions that disrupt connection. Learn practical strategies to create or strengthen the connections that matter most to you.
