The venue unfortunately does not have a quiet area for sensory sensitivities. The venue always has moderate to low lighting and occasional flashing lights. There is always music playing in the venue.

There is no dedicated parking for the venue, only very limited kerbside street parking on Smith Street and surrounding streets.
