Love, Loss, and Letting Go: a seasonal gathering.

Commonly referred to as a ‘Grief circle’, our seasonal gathering supports us to share in our human experience of ending and beginnings; being with the ebb and flow of change. Cathy and Rachel will guide you in a nourishing supportive space to be seen, held, and acknowledged ~ for your love, your loss and your letting go. We will gather in circle, flow ritually through movement, sound, & writing practices, closing with a fire ceremony and soup supper together.  All welcome - Limited places available so book early.
