If you've ever felt shame, embarrassment, or discomfort about the appearance of your vulva/labia, you're not alone. Many women silently struggle with vulva body image issues and even genital dysmorphia, often believing their labia are “abnormal” or “not pretty enough” due to unrealistic beauty standards and lack of education. With so little diverse representation of real vulvas, it’s no wonder so many feel shame or discomfort about their most sacred part. It’s time we unlearn this conditioning and reclaim our pussy as powerful, beautiful, and worthy - just as it is. Learning to love and accept our vulva is a radical act of self-love and liberation.

Love Your Labia is a deeply healing experience within Naked Awakening, Rosie Rees' signature 3.5-hour women's ceremony, created in 2014 to help women unravel the toxic conditioning that tells us our bodies, especially our vulvas, are not normal, beautiful, or worthy.

This intimate workshop is an invitation to explore and transform your relationship with your most sacred, sensual self. Through guided meditation, gentle yin yoga, self-reflection, and sisterhood sharing, we create a loving and safe space to rewire old beliefs and reclaim body confidence from the inside out.

You'll be gently guided to strip away not just layers of clothing, but layers of judgment, fear, and comparison, returning home to your raw, radiant, empowered essence.

Held in a private, candle-lit studio in circle (never rows), this is a celebration of real bodies, real labia, and real liberation. You will leave feeling more connected to your sensuality, your feminine power, and a community of women walking the same path of self-love.

Note: We will be looking at our own pussy in a small hand-held mirror.

Please bring:
– 2 x towels
– Yoga mat (if you have one)
– Sarong or robe
– Journal & pen
– Water bottle
