In this work shop I will be teaching mindfulness techniques and yoga sharing everyday wellness practices as tools for life. I will be focusing on self love, self worth and self confidence.

The the workshop will include

Work sheets (chuck your junk, 10 things I’m greatful for, 10 positive things about me)
Letting go techniques
Breath work
Positive affirmations
60min yoga practice with yoga nidra meditation
Group work ( connecting and building confidence)
A little mindfulness goodie bag at the end.

This workshop is specifically designed for the tweens to help them cut through the negatives of the this modern world and find a strong sense of self.

What you will need to bring

- water bottle

- light blanket for nidra
