Rach has been studying relationships for the past two years, including the differences between men & women, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to nurture a healthy, thriving partnership. This event is rooted in her learnings, and will provide you with insights and practices to enhance communication, build trust, and deepen your emotional connection. 

During this intimate session, you’ll engage in: 

- Couples guided breathwork & gentle movement designed to co-regulate your nervous systems. 

- Masterclass: here Rach shares her favorite teachings to breathe new life into what you feel a relationship 'should' looks and feels like, spoiler alert some powerful de-conditioning happens here.

- Heartfelt Communication: Simple yet powerful exercises that encourage vulnerability, active listening, and compassionate conversation. 

- Mindful Connection: Practices that help you reconnect on a deeper level, promoting understanding, compassion, and intimacy. 

- Nurturing Touch: Techniques that create physical closeness and help you attune to each other’s energy in a loving and safe environment.
