Loyola College Food Vendor, Stall & Sponsorship Registration Form (2026)

Thank you for your interest in registering as a food vendor, market stallholder or sponsor for an upcoming Loyola College event.  

Please Note: This booking form provides options for multiple registration types across the school year. Vendors are asked to select the correct type and make note of the specific event date when making a booking.

Arrival time will be confirmed via email.

ALL FOOD/SPONSOR VENDORS MUST ENTER VIA GATE 1 - 325 GRIMSHAW STREET, WATSONIA

Please do not enter via Bungay Street.

Vendors must meet the following requirements:- 

1. A Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance must be sent to host organiser at time of booking

2. Working With Children Check Card

3. Bring their own Trestle Table

4. Where applicable - supply their own generator.

Please note that this registration fee is only refundable if the event is cancelled by Loyola College.
