Entry instructions

When you reach the DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade, you will enter through the Breezeway that connects the hotel and conference centre. Upon entering the door, our conference crew will welcome you. Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance. After that, you can collect your name tag and proceed upstairs to level one using either the stairs or the elevators.

After entry instructions

After reaching level one, tea and coffee will be available in the Exhibition Playground area located in the Ballroom Foyer. The Opening Keynote will take place in the Ballroom, which is adjacent to the foyer.
