• What are basic admission inclusions?

  Basic admission includes: • entrance to the event • access to trading tables • access to buy raffle tickets on the day • access to buy from stalls • access to enter the video competition and photography competition • a raffle entry to win some really cool pets And more!

• What's included in the VIP package?

  VIP tickets include: • entrance to the event • access to trading tables • access to buy raffle tickets on the day • access to buy from stalls • access to enter the video competition and photography competition • 1 automatic entry into the raffle featuring 4 prizes worth over $100 each • 1 Ips con Australia tote bag with some extra goodies • entrance into the Ips customization station where you can paint your dream Ips! • priority entrance line • a raffle entry to win some really cool pets And more!

• How are you going to keep everyone safe and happy at the event?

  There will be:

  • access to a quiet room

  • free water

  • seats around the venue

  • air conditioning

  • security guards

  • volunteers to get help from (colour of volunteer lanyard will be confirmed via the social media pages)

  • accessibility

  • people will not be allowed to bring food into the venue unless you are diabetic or suffer from a condition where you need to eat salt. Please do not bring any nuts, seafood or crumbly food!!

  • bags will be checked at the door! No drugs or weapons are tolerated.

  • toilets

  You will need a ticket to enter and you will be given a wristband to come and go to get food or have a break.

  Any inappropriate behavior wil have consequences and you may be removed from the venue. This is a community event and we strive on being safe for everyone. We do NOT tolerate bullying, hate speech or judgement.

• How do we get there?

  The number 11 tram gets you there with the least walking (2 minute walk) but the 96 is also close by with a 6 minute walk. These will require a myki as it is out of the free transport zone. There is 2-4 hour free parking on the streets but is recommended you catch public transport as we can't guarantee a parking spot. (tram stop not wheelchair accessible)

  If planning a flight, we recommend you plan in advance to find the cheapest flight! The closer it gets, the more expensive it will get. We also recommend booking hotels in advance for the same reason!

• What ages are allowed?

  All ages! 15 and under NEED a guardian over 15, one guardian per two children. You also need to bring ID, it will be checked on the day.

• What do I need to bring?

  Lps to trade (if you want to participate in trading), your ID (Will be checking at door), money if you wish to pay in cash from stallholders (they will also have online payment) and excitement for the day! You also need to bring your ticket to scan (very limited tickets will be available to buy on the day)

• How do I become a stallholder?

  Message the lps con Australia social media account on Instagram for more information!

• How to stay safe?

  • there will be no storage for items, please only bring what you/ a friend/ a guardian can carry!

  • make sure to keep an eye on your items especially while trading, it can get confusing!

  • if you lose anything tell lost property IMMEDIATELY, the quicker the better!

  • if you find lost property please hand it into the water bottle station

  Extra goodie bags will be available on the day at the raffle table. These include an exclusive printed tote bag, some lollies, at least 1 lps and some other extras!

• Information about the giveaways

  The big Raffle: tickets will be available on the day for $10 each, you will get a ticket to fill out information on, please add your phone number! The 4 confirmed prizes are Ips Australian exclusive spaniel #568 (worth $1,500+), Australian exclusive horse (worth $150+), Beijing panda set #1084 worth $200+ and Ips promo pet set with display case worth $100+

  The free giveaway: as tickets sell, people will automatically go into the raffle using the name and number used for the ticket, it will be drawn on the day, exact time will be shown when the roster comes out.
