Understand the depths of Leadership, and the burdens often carried when you step into leadership in the Mankind Project and your own life. Leader Training exposes strengths, weaknesses and shadows that can hold you back from being the best you can be. Develop the qualities you need to step into leadership.
Intended Participants
- Ideally, men who have completed LT1 and the ST1 + ST2 Basic Staff Development Training;
- Men who are Leaders in Training (LITs) and Co-leader Candidates (CLCs).
However, it has proved over past years that any initiated man can take the training no matter the sequence of LT1, LT2, or the ST trainings, especially if he is in a leadership role in his work environment (or aspires to be).
This training is mandatory-live-in starting 6PM Friday 21 July and running through to 4PM Sunday 23 July. This is not negotiable!
