WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PAY IN TIME?

Your allocation is released to the next person in the queue and your registration is marked Expired. You can still receive future offers, but you need to reactivate your registration first.

HOW DO I REACTIVATE MY REGISTRATION?

Open your Humanitix confirmation email
Select Manage Registration
Select Reactivate at the top of the page Once reactivated you are eligible for future offers if matching tickets become available.

I ALREADY RECEIVED SOME OF MY TICKETS. CAN I EDIT AFTER REACTIVATING?

No. If you have already received part of your tickets you cannot edit the registration, even after reactivating it. To change your preferences, cancel the registration and register again with your new selections. Cancelling is final, and you rejoin the queue at the point you re-register.

CAN I CHANGE MY REGISTRATION?

Yes, any time before an offer is issued. You can change ticket types and quantities, attendee names, your own contact details, and your payment preference. Once an offer has been issued, nothing on the registration can be changed.

To make a change: find your Humanitix registration email, select Manage Registration, update your details and save.

DO ATTENDEE NAMES MATTER?

Yes. Every ticket is issued in an attendee name and that name must match the ID presented at the gate. Check every name before offers go out. Once a ticket has been issued, the only way to change the name is through Humanitix resale.

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Yes. Select Manage Registration in your Humanitix email, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cancel Registration. Cancelling is final, so you would need to register again to have another chance at tickets.

I CANNOT FIND MY REGISTRATION EMAIL.

Search your inbox for "Humanitix" or "LTECNYD 2027", and check your junk, spam and deleted folders. Still nothing? Email [insert contact email] and we will help.
