SHIPPING COSTS:

All shipping costs are not included in the merchandise purchase price and must be borne by the purchaser at their own additional cost. The LSA does not accept liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused during the shipping process. Shipping is at the purchasers own risk.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

The LSA will process exchanges for hoodies provided it is still in its original packaging.
There are strictly NO REFUNDS for any merchandise purchases. Please note that the LSA cannot reimburse you for any fees incurred by third party platforms. In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must email Gianluca Polimeni at treasurer@latrobelsa.com with your proof of purchase (receipt) to arrange a meeting time time to exchange the unworn hoodie.
