  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

Event description

This is a film fundraiser for Gazan families being settled in Australia. 

Starting from 6pm, come get a meal from the Gaza Food Truck onsite, mingle and chat and then sit down in the main church for a 6.45pm start screening of the Palestinian documentary 5 BROKEN CAMERAS.

Ticket prices* are: 

  1. $25 - waged
  2. $15 - unwaged
  3. Free - Palestinian / under-12s

Please note: Food (from Gaza Food Truck) will need to be paid for separately on the night. By doing this you will be supporting a local Palestinian eatery.

100% of ticket price funds will go towards supporting and settling Gazan families arriving in Australia via Palestinian Christians in Australia

This event is being pulled together by the Leichhardt Uniting Church (LUC) Palestine solidarity group and is open to all folks who are pro-Palestine regardless of background. We will not stand for any racism. We are LGBTIQ+ friendly. 

LUC church, Weatherill St is wheelchair accessible and has available bathrooms. 

*Tickets do not include food.
