LUCID GATE - THE RETREAT
Description
LUCID GATE
The Portal to Yourself
Overview
Maybe you've felt it before. The moment on the dancefloor when the music stops being sound and becomes something moving you. The release. The tears that came from nowhere. The way your body knew things your mind hadn't caught up to yet.
Or maybe you've never danced ecstatically at all — but something in you is ready to feel more alive, more whole, more you.
Either way — whoever you are, whatever stage you are at, whatever has drawn you to this — Lucid Gate is the portal to yourself — the doorway........
On the other side awaits a world where you are held to journey deeply, met in your full aliveness and your shadow, your play and your depth. Where life-force moves freely, community holds you, and nature reminds you what it is to simply be alive. A space to meet the parts of yourself still waiting to be known — and come back changed, with more of yourself than you arrived with.
Lucid Gate is the loving creation forged by the meeting of Yurai and Rachel's relationship with each other — the way their experience, modalities, and views on healing, aliveness, relationships, and life meet. The result is a fusion of sound, movement, tantra, and depth work , held together by two people who live what they teach and offer a no BS approach to spirituality.
You'll be given real tools — dance, breath, tantra, energy work, and processwork-informed practice — to move through what arises and into what's waiting on the other side of it. Not just to touch something real for a night, but to harvest the gold from your experience and begin actually integrating it, so more of this aliveness becomes something you live, not something you visit.
There will be play. There will be fun, silliness, dance, and aliveness. And this retreat also holds the fullness of what it means to be human — the depth alongside the delight.
This is your invitation to come home to all of yourself.

The Experience
Lucid Gate is the portal to yourself.
We use sound, breath, movement, dance, and depth work to take you there. Across the weekend, you'll move through ecstatic dance journeys that are alive, wild, and freeing on their own terms. But we won't stop at the release. You'll be guided to bring real awareness to your body and your energy as you move — to notice what's unfolding underneath you, what's animating you, and what that's here to teach you.
This isn't dance plus a workshop bolted on. It's one continuous arc — sound, breath and movement that open the body, and depth work that meets what's revealed. Tantra and life-force practices to help you feel more, not less. Osho Kundalini active meditation to move stuck energy through the body. Shadow work and Processwork-informed practice to give what arises somewhere real to go, and real tools to work with it. Breathwork and somatics to anchor it all back into the body, not just the head.
And then — integration. This is where Lucid Gate goes further than a weekend of dancing. We help you harvest the gold from what unfolds, so you leave not just having touched something, but with tools to keep living more of this energy, this aliveness, in your everyday life — not just at a retreat.
You don't need prior experience with ecstatic dance, tantra, or shadow work to be here. If you've danced before and felt something stir, this is your next step through the gate. If you haven't, this is simply an invitation to meet yourself.
You'll be held by facilitators experienced in both the dancefloor and the deeper clinical/somatic frame — so the depth stays safe, consent-led, and grounded.

Miray is a ceremonial space holder and sound practitioner, gently weaving together elements of shamanic healing, energy work, Acutonics, Reiki, and sound-based practices through an intuitive, embodied, and grounded approach.
Through sound, frequency, and presence, she opens subtle yet powerful spaces where the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and the body begins to trust its own rhythm again.
Working with instruments such as singing bowls and Acutonics, alongside voice activation and intuitive expression, her sessions unfold as a living field where sound is not only heard, but deeply felt.
Her work invites a gentle return to self where healing is not forced, but allowed to emerge naturally.
At times, she invites the voice into the space — not as something to perfect, but as something to remember: a natural channel for release, expression, and inner alignment.
Her approach integrates breathwork, somatic awareness, and subtle energy work, supporting grounding, emotional release, and deeper embodiment.
