Join Lucky Tiles Social Club for social mahjong at Ho Liao, Ho Jiak's rooftop Malaysian beer hall in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Expect great convos, a few rounds over drinks and Malaysian bites, and good vibes all around.

🀄 Mahjong for all levels - Newbies, pros and the Mahjong-curious are all welcome. Never played Mahjong? We'll walk you through it.

🍹 A drink + free-flow sunflower seeds - Choose from Ho Liao's beer selection, kopitiam drinks, or house wine.

We have instructional materials, but also feel free to check out this amazing youtube video that goes over the basics. For players who know the basics already, here is a great intro to points.
Learning is also more fun with newbies so please indicate on your ticket. - I know how to play but want to socialise over fun games of mahjong 😎
For casual players, our default game is HK style (with points) because it's fun! However, people are welcome to play any style agreed by their table. If you would like us to try a different style, please let us know! We have tried Sichuan style before and it was heaps of fun!
