Cookin’ jazz bangers featuring legendary Wellington bassist Jack Harris (Crumbly Jack, Mel Stevenson)

The third and final show in the debut series of Luka van Rensburg’s quintet. Featuring legendary bassist Jack Harris, accompanied by Luka van Rensburg, Ferdinand Hitchings-Anstice, Liam Reburn, and Oscar Garvie. These musicians are the last generation to be mentored by Dr Rodger Fox at the NZ School of Music—Te Kōkī. An afternoon of sizzling and sophisticated straight-ahead bangers courtesy of the Great American Songbook.
