LULA Pathway: Leading Across Cultures
Description
Level Up Leadership Academy (LULA) supports USU student leaders to grow, connect and lead with confidence. As part of this, Leading Across Cultures is a targeted leadership development program focused on building the skills needed to lead effectively in diverse communities.
At USU, our student leaders engage with peers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, perspectives and lived experiences. Whether you’re running a club, leading a volunteer team or organising events, the ability to navigate cultural differences is a core leadership capability.
This program builds on LULA’s focus on communication, teamwork, and self-awareness by introducing a practical intercultural lens.
