Lumen Longevity EOY Long Lunch
Event description
You’re invited to the Lumen Longevity Long Lunch!
Join us to celebrate longevity and the end of the year with your crowd on the Hawkesbury River!
But this isn’t your typical lunch.
First, we’ll meet on the Central Coast, where we’ll pick you up and take you on a local organic produce tour.
You’ll visit local vegetable growers, Little Feet Gourmet, a couple passionate about bringing the most delicious, chemical-, synthetic fertiliser-, and pesticide-free fresh produce to your plate.
You’ll have the chance to hear from them about how they use natural, regenerative practices to improve soil health and grow high-quality, nutrient-dense produce with superior flavour and freshness.
Next, you’ll visit a family of farmers from The Food Farm, who recently met King Charles during his visit to Australia. Yes, their meat is that good!
We’ll check out their shed-shop and hear about regenerative farming. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase their delicious pasture-raised, certified organic chicken and grass-fed, grass-finished beef.
Afterward, we’ll take you and nine other guests to a secret location on the Hawkesbury River.
There, Camilla Thompson, Longevity Nutritionist and Wellbeing Coach, who works with clients like Canva and Lendlease, will share expert nutrition advice for longevity, practical biohacks for boosting energy, and strategies that support lasting vitality and wellbeing.
Renowned Australian chef John Ralley will spoil us with a menu specially designed for our guests, featuring local organic produce. John will not only cook for you but will also share his passion for hunting, gathering, and baking.
You’ll have a full three hours to expand your longevity network, share biohacking tips, learn about others' longevity journeys, and enjoy the best company!
Afterward, we’ll drive you back to your car at the train station for a safe return home at 6 PM.
With only 10 seats available, this intimate gathering is a chance to immerse yourself in the beautiful bushland along the Hawkesbury River while savouring fresh, seasonal cuisine in one of Australia’s most tranquil settings.
