Drawing on this expansive energy from the Aquarius Full Moon, how can we invite more courage, creativity and fun into our lives. Let the intuitive sign of Aquarius help you express your most unique self, calling in the ones who see you for who you really are.

We will drop into our hearts with a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony and then begin with the powerful breathwork journey.

Rebirthing Breathwork allows us to release trauma holistically and live our best lives. We can let go of what no longer serves us and open ourselves up to new possibilities by breathing consciously.

On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach our cells and organs, increasing our energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse our bodies.

On the mental-emotional level, it helps reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and peace.

On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our innate wisdom.

A Sound Journey will guide us into deep relaxation to integrate the medicine of your own breath and allow deep understanding of who we truly are to align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, wind chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.
