Lunar Somatics: Virgo Full Moon Practice

A gathering to honor the fullness of each lunation and the wholeness of your unique embodied truths. Coupling somatics wisdom with agnostic witchery, these Full Moon practice circles are a space to nurture mindful presence, inspire lunar reverence, and generate supportive community.

This gathering's convener is Rayleen Courtney: somatic guide, agnostic witch, and founding empress of The Somatic Coven. She will invite you into familiarity with your embodied experience via meditative movement, sensory exploration, and gentle breathwork. While our luminaries are positioned along the Virgo-Pisces zodiacal axis, we'll inquire into corresponding tarotist archetypes and co-create perspective on where this archetypal energy lives in our own bodies. 

There is NO hierarchy of experience in this space, and ZERO knowledge of somatics or Tarot is needed to participate in full!

• We will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please arrive early enough to get settled in a few minutes before our start time.
  
• The studio has bolsters, blankets, and mats available for us to borrow (and/or you are welcome to bring props to help aid your floor comfort).
• Comfortable, movable clothing is encouraged. 
• Paper journals are invited. 
• Attendees are welcome (not required) to bring an item to place on the group altar for the duration of our time together.
• We ask that phones and all digital devices be turned off and put away before entering the space.
