Having an iterative business model is vital to maintaining growth and innovative practices throughout the life span of a business. In this workshop, join MBA Director, Guy Ford, as he delivers a workshop on revenue streams, cost structures, and the practice of business modeling.

About Guy Ford

Guy Ford is the Director of the MBA program at the University of Sydney Business School. Guy's focus is the transformation of executive and management education from traditional teaching formats to genuine experiential learning, particularly in his own field of finance. 

Guy is also a consultant to the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) and conducts research in risk assessment and management in financial institutions. Passionate about the Sydney Start-Up Community, Guy regularly delivers workshops and masterclasses in the accelerator programs of Cicada Innovations, Remarkable, Blue Chilli, Incubate, and Fishburners.
