Session: Are we underestimating the Power of Business Acumen, Courageous Leadership, and Resilience?

The session will be delivered in a Q&A, interview-style session between Renata and Iain Fraser. However, we encourage those who register to participate. We’ll also allow a further 10-15 minute slot at the end for general questions.

About the Presenter:

Iain Fraser, Dip PPC, PMP, PMI Fellow, Fellow PMINZ, is globally recognised as an expert in modern business, portfolio, program of work, and project management practices. Iain has worked around the world in the Banking/Finance, Defence, Engineering, Government, Oil & Gas, Power, and Telecommunications sectors. Today he is an author, speaker, trainer, and professional director.

Recently retired as Founder and CEO of Project Plus Ltd, a professional services organisation he founded, grew, and took global before selling, he now consults to organisations seeking to change. Iain is a member of the 'globalScot' business network and has been listed as a notable person in the Who's Who of Professionals directory.

During 2006, he was Chairman of the global Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He spent 6 years on the board, where he oversaw a period of considerable growth and global expansion. His PMI volunteer leadership spans 35 years.

His business books sell globally. He has had articles published in various business media, including The Telegraph and The Times of the UK. He is regularly invited to speak at business events around the world.

Today, his areas of focus include Business & Portfolio Governance, Portfolio & Program Mgmt. Consultancy, Business Speaking, Training & Mentoring, EPMOs/PMOs, Value Management, Change Management, and Benefits Realisation Management.
