Your Presenters

Wendy Harper and Tanya Mottl have established FutuResilience Events to provide an agile response to the urgent need to build greater resilience into our people and systems.

They have an extraordinary knack for bringing people together at all levels. Their 'round table' approach makes light work of bridging conversations between consultants, managers, teams and groups when it comes to strengthening 'resilience and sustainability' thinking.

Together, they are opening new opportunities for organisations and groups to take their sustainability journey deeper, faster.

Tanya is a passionate facilitator of experiential processes that that fast-track collaborative achievement of common goals. These include ‘2030 SDGs Game’, the ‘Map of Regeneration’, 'Community Resilience' and the 'SDG Multipliers'. Her facilitation is informed by decades of 'real world' experience in sales, marketing and events. A life-long, ocean-race sailor, Tanya knows what it takes to motivate people and get a team over the finish line.

Wendy is an IDG Consultant, NeuroChange Practitioner and Mindfulness Coach with a deep, experience-based focus on resilience, transitions and personal agency. A change-leadership mentor and transformation guide, she also facilitates and curates immersive inner development journeys. Wendy is a director of the ‘Possibility Laboratory’ (P-Lab, Japan) and a passionate social-contributor as founder of the ‘Agency of Women’, Australian Steward to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), Advisory Board Member to Business Women Australia and Working Group Member to Bhutans' Gross National Happiness Index.
