Lunch and learn workshop: Futureproofing your business

We are living in unprecedented times. With so much uncertainty the future can seem daunting, and as humans our tendency is to stay safe and ‘see what happens’. This can create stress and uncertainty, and result in missing business opportunities. If anything, this crisis highlights the need for more futures thinking, not less.

If you want to stop being paralysed by the unknown, this workshop is for you. We will look at the tools used by futurists and use them for scenario planning and setting your business up for success, no matter what happens.

In recent months we have seen innovation thrive and people reactively engaging with what they are dealt. The next step is to imagine the future and plan for different inevitabilities.

Vickie is passionate about helping people build sustainable enterprises. As a facilitator, trainer, coach, writer and mentor she provides inspiration and support to small businesses and social organisations across Australia.

Her work with businesses who are struggling at this time has led to the creation of this workshop.
