In Anthony Sochan's experience, this only gets you so far and skill is actually just as important. During this session, you will explore why this is the case by unpacking what "cultural fit" means, how to test for it and how to enable others in your organisation to assist in testing for it. From there, you will learn the importance of skill, how to identify what you need and how to determine if someone is "great" at something.
