Restructures. Technology upgrades. New premises. Remote working. Change in the workplace is inevitable and sometimes, seemingly relentless. While a lucky few find workplace change exciting and energising, many more find it stressful and difficult.

Most of us have experienced badly managed change at work at least once, but it is possible to manage change well if you know how. If you are feeling ‘change fatigue’, feel unsure about the best way to lead your people, and are ready for some fresh ideas, this session is for you.
