Event description

Embedding Safety into Workplace Culture

Qube will share their experiences and journey in embedding safety into the culture of their large and diverse organisation. With a company-wide commitment to the motto ‘QUBE SAFE’, safety has been integrated into every part of the business, from frontline operations to leadership practices.

In this session, Patrick Phillips, Senior Fleet Controller at Qube will talk about what’s worked for them, how they’ve shifted behaviours over time, and how they keep safety front of mind across all areas of the organisation. They’ll share practical examples, the tools they use to measure what matters, and how leadership at every level plays a vital role in shaping behaviour and maintaining a strong, positive culture.

These lessons can be applied to both large & small businesses who are looking to grow safer, stronger workplaces.
