Through practical examples and case studies, the session highlights tools and techniques for reducing environmental impact, enhancing resource efficiency, and fostering a culture of sustainability in organizations. AI applications for decision-making and sustainability outcomes will also be discussed.

At K-SustaiNova, Kawther serves as a consultant and trainer in environmental management, sustainable and green project management, and a wide range of sustainability-related topics, including QHSE management. She is also a Green Project Management Ambassador and the Bronze Winner of the 2025 GPM Global Individual Awards. Recognized for her tireless advocacy in building a culture of sustainability, Kawther is celebrated for founding the “GreenDay” youth initiative and designing an innovative societal intelligence process that engages participants in learning about sustainability in a fun and collaborative way, inspired by the Tunisian expression “Fhemt Lo3ba?” (“Did you get the game?”).

Kawther has conducted over 20 environmental and project studies and delivered more than 20 trainings, workshops, and interventions in environmental management, sustainable development, and project management. Her work in national and international conferences has empowered more than 1,000 participants from Tunisia, the MENA region, and Africa. She has also led 5 missions supporting the implementation of ISO management systems and works on developing environmental communication strategies and sustainable marketing initiatives.
