With cross-industry experience she’s passionate about creating inclusive programs where everyone can contribute with purpose and heart. Carolyn’s innovative leadership focuses on connection, compassion, and sustainability— shaping a culture where kindness and community truly thrive. Carolyn is also a valued participant in the VT Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program.
