Lee Houlson, FCIPS - Director, Commercial Australia Defence & Security Solutions, KBR
Lee Houlson is a highly qualified commercial, procurement, and risk management professional with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with blue-chip clients across various industries, including commercial construction, electricity infrastructure, oil and gas production, mining, aviation, and defence. Her career spans from small local enterprises to industry-leading global companies.
Lee joined KBR as Commercial Director, Australia Defence and Security Solutions in February 2024.
As an experienced contracts specialist, she excels in developing commercial solutions for complex, performance-based projects exceeding $1 billion in value. Her broad experience from both customer and supplier perspectives has seen her lead commercial and procurement functions operationally and functionally, including the delivery of cross-functional improvement activities and project implementations.
Lee began her career with a Bachelor of Applied Science, before earning an MBA and Graduate Diploma of Commercial Law through Deakin University. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS).
