• Astrology: Dive into the astrological insights of the day and how we can harness the energy to support our self-care.
• Self-Love Rituals: Explore rituals, to support you in your day-to-day life.
• Sacred Dance: Enjoy a liberating embodiment experience where you get to meet yourself in the moment and practise loving yourself fully.
• Meditation & Sound Healing: Discover your fully embodied self through a guided meditation and healing with sounds.
• Circle Closing: Conclude the day with a heartfelt circle to honour the journey and the connections made.
