ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Eligible drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a complete and valid driver licence. Drivers aged between 25 and 30 years of age may be required to submit a record of their complete driving history as per our insurance policy. Please contact us if this applies to you or any attending guests.

Comprehensive vehicle insurance is included on the provision that a maximum 'at-fault' insurance-excess of $15,000 applies to each driver. A security deposit or bond is not required. Guests may reduce their excess to $7,500 via an upgrade of $250 (covers both drivers), however it cannot be reduced entirely.

Prancing Horse reserves the right to amend or revise any details, including car models at any time and events are subject to conditions and limited availability.

If rain or adverse weather conditions are forecasted, we aim to provide as much notice as reasonably possible should a decision be made to postpone an event in the interest of safety.

PRE-ARRIVAL CHECK LIST

Please ensure to bring your Driver Licence with you and have a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) of ZERO. A compulsory breath-test will be conducted prior to departure - considering the risks, please be aware that any reading other than ZERO will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your private driving experience.

The dress code is smart-casual and we ask all guests to avoid wearing ANY jeans or denim; the fabric and studs tend to damage leather upholstery.

PAYMENT DETAILS

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation. Prancing Horse will email a second invoice for your remaining balance, payable at least two weeks before your scheduled event.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please advise if you or your partner have any specific dietary requirements, preferences or allergies and we will ensure to communicate these in advance with Park Hyatt Sydney.

CANCELLATION POLICY - PRANCING HORSE

Prancing Horse have and always will provide you with the greatest flexibility to re-schedule or transfer your reservation at any time, without need for a reason and without any cancellation fees/charges. This has been our policy for the past 16 years. Similarly, in the event of a postponement or cancellation due to adverse weather or otherwise, we will provide you with the complete freedom to transfer to any future event with us. This is the reason why we do not request full payments in advance; only a non-refundable deposit that is transferrable at any time.
