Who Is This Program For?

This program is designed for students in Years 7 –10 who are passionate about aviation, travel, business, entrepreneurship or creating unforgettable customer experiences. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and creativity!

Where Is The Program Held?

The program is hosted at the Flight Centre Travel Academy, where students will have the opportunity to explore the facilities, hear from industry professionals and experience the travel industry firsthand.

Students should bring:A fully charged laptop + charger for the design activities.Morning tea, lunch and a water bottle (unless otherwise advised).A notebook and pen if they wish to take notes.Students will have access to wifi at the venue.

Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes, as students will be participating in a guided tour of the Flight Centre Travel Academy.

Will Food Be Provided?

No. Students are asked to bring their own morning tea, lunch and snacks for the day. However, small lollies may be handed out during the program as rewards.

Do I Need Any Prior Knowledge Of Aviation Or Travel?

Not at all! The program is designed for students of all experience levels. We'll provide all the tools, guidance and support needed throughout the day.

Can Parents Stay During The Program?

To help students develop independence and fully immerse themselves in the experience, the program is designed as a student-only event. Parents and guardians are welcome to drop off and collect students at the designated times.Students will be supervised by the BOP Industries team, who all have Working with Children checks.

What If My Child Has Dietary Or Accessibility Requirements?

Please let us know when registering so we can work with you and the Flight Centre team to ensure your child has the best possible experience.

Luxury Travel Designers is an exclusive school holiday program that invites students to step into the role of luxury travel designers and create the ultimate around-the-world holiday. Hosted at the Flight Centre Travel Academy, students will enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes tours, hear from industry professionals and gain firsthand insights into the exciting world of aviation and travel.

Working in teams, participants will build a premium private jet travel experience from the ground up. They'll create their own luxury travel brand, select destinations across the globe, design an unforgettable itinerary, choose world-class accommodation and curate exceptional experiences for their travellers.

Throughout the day, students will explore how travel companies create memorable customer experiences while balancing creativity, logistics and business strategy. The experience culminates in a final pitch, where teams present their luxury holiday concept to Flight Centre representatives, showcasing their route, itinerary and overall travel experience.

Perfect for students with an interest in aviation, travel, entrepreneurship and business, this immersive program combines creativity, innovation and real-world industry insights to show what it takes to design a truly world-class luxury travel experience.

Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Drop off from 8:30 am

Refund policy

In the event that you are unable to attend your BOP Industries program or event, a credit will be available to be used for any future BOP Industries program or event tickets (within the next 24 month period). This credit/postponement of attendance must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event or program. If a program is cancelled, our first priority is to postpone the program or transition to an online offering. If neither of these options are available, a cancellation may be required, in which case an application for refund is available. All refunds must be approved by BOP Industries prior to being confirmed and will be based on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will not include the booking fee paid upon purchase.
