Leading Women Fund Special Briefing

Please join us for our second Leading Women Fund online event on Thursday, September 24.
This online event will feature a live and in-depth conversation with Kelly T. Clements, UNHCR's Deputy High Commissioner alongside former refugee Nabila Alzawahri, who will talk about the struggles she faced to find work and provide food and shelter for her two children after using all her savings to flee Syria. Nabila refers to her lived experiences as a refugee and works as a case manager for refugee support agency, Settlement Services International (SSI).
Kelly and Nabila will be joined by Marta Dusseldorp, actor and Australia for UNHCR Special Representative, and Irene Omondi, UNHCR Head of Office in Za’atari refugee camp, Jordan.
