Lyrical Zen is a dance fitness class of lyrical and slower dance motions (based on song choices) as if dancing to the lyrics.
Stretching and flowing for the body while helping the mind to FEEL the music and emotions.
Lyrical Zen will meet the first Thursday of each month from 6:30-7:30 PM
