Event description

NEW - Ma Ma Creek Club Camp

Join us for a fun weekend at a private property (thanks Keith & Helen) at Ma Ma Creek.

Date: August 8th - 10, 2025

Location: 919 Gatton Clifton Road Ma Ma Creek

Schedule:

You are able to arrive from 1.00pm on Friday, 8th August, 2025
Saturday - 4 hour hilly ride with lunch at the pub and a short ride back to camp.

Sunday - Short ride with a stop off for damper & billy morning tea.

Bump out after lunch / early afternoon.

Terrain: The terrain is quite hilly. It is recommended that your horses & yourself be reasonably fit. Horse to be either shod, booted, or seasoned barefooters would cope. 

Facilities
- Toilet available, but bring own shower.

Parking / Camp sites - Plenty of space to set up your camp

Horse Yards - BYO electric fencing for own yard.

Water - Dam water available for horses. BYO Human drinking water.

BYO Food, Drinks, Horse Food & all other camping supplies.

Day Riders Welcome

MUST BE A CURRENT ATHRA MEMBER

ATHRA recommends the following;

• Riders under 18 must wear an approved helmet

• It is recommended that riders wear full length trousers and sleeved  shirt. Suitable smooth soled riding footwear

• Saddlebag for food / water

• No dogs on ride
